Star chef Rui Paula inspired dishes on the “day of the sardine” in Vienna
The popular Portuguese sardine Nuri in the unique colorful packaging is the star of the menu of the “Sardine Day”. Every Nuri sardine takes connoisseurs on a taste journey to their native Portugal roots. With chef Rui Paula arrives another bit of Portugal to Austria.

In Portuguese Matosinhos Nuri is completely handmade from a more then 100 year old receipt. For the import and sales in Austria the Glatz GmbH & Co KG is responsible.

Rui Paula is from Porto and runs several top restaurants in Portugal as well as one in Brazil. For his latest restaurant project “Casa de Chá da Boa Nova” he was awarded a Michelin star in 2017.
