Camera – Keep your memories much longer……

Smartphones have proven to be better than bigger cameras in capturing holiday moments. They are smaller and lighter, don’t need an extra bag to protect them.

The triple-lens system now comprises a  12-megapixel camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and a variable aperture that can switch between f/1.5 and f/2.4, as well as a new 16-megapixel f/2.2 ultra-wide 123-degree lens, which enables epic landscape shots, ultra wide panoramas or family photos

Ultra-Wide-angle lens

In the case of the S10+ Samsung added an Ultra wide-angle lens and there really is no scenario where the S10+ cannot help you shoot great photos and videos.

From tourist shots of ancient architecture and towering skyscrapers, the 0.5x zoom means you won’t have to keep retreating away from the subject to get the ideal shot, and the 2x optical zoom is likely to be popular with those who take photos at concerts and want to give the impression they were in the front row, whilst simultaneously avoiding the squeeze. In both cases, photo quality seems to be retained very well.

And an 12-megapixel telephoto lens with f/2.4. This enables 0.5x wide-angle shots, as well as 2x optical zoom. Both modes are really easy to access with a single tap on a small pop-up that appears in the default camera mode – these new additions feel genuinely useful.

Galaxy S10+’s easy-to-use camera is equipped with five lenses, two on the front and three on the back to easily capture every shot and angle through telephoto (with two times optical zoom), wide angle, ultra-wide for selfies or portraits.

Live Focus

the Live Focus that can adds an artificial bokeh-style blur, a partial gray-scale filter, or a swirling blur to the background behind your chosen subject. Fun, but not really essential.

If you need a smartphone camera that’s going to give you great results almost every time just by pointing and shooting, the Galaxy S10+ passes with flying colours. If you need to dig deeper and take more control over your shots, the Galaxy S10+ can do that too.

AI and Low-Light Camera Features

AI plays an even bigger role in the camera than it did before. Now, the S10’s camera tells you how to compose your photos. And the Low-Light performance is fantastic. Have a look!

Additional Hints!

To take the best holiday snaps, you can use the motion panorama on your Galaxy S10 and S10+ to capture moments just as you experience them. Also, keep in mind to use the autofocus to get the perfect picture before the light starts fading……!

Take advantage of the high-quality 4K video to collect the best moments of your holidays and later recall them on a big screen with no compromise in quality….

Use some extra storage – Up to 1TB!

Never be stressed again with no storage left when traveling and experiencing memorable moments trying to capture. You can expand your Samsung Galaxy S10 and S10+ with a Micro-SD card up to 1 TB – enough to catch an enormous amount of precious moments right on your smartphone 😉

Film and photograph anywhere

If you are searching for adventure when traveling, it’s likely that you will be around water or sand at some point during your trip – perfect, just take your new smartphone to the beach or the pool with you …. taking an underwater selfie or a slow-motion pool diving video is now possible! With their IP68 certification, the Galaxy S10 and S10+ are water, dust and sand resistant and can remain underwater at 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes – the perfect companion for the adventurous traveler

Long battery life & Wireless PowerShare:

The Galaxy S9+ got me through most of a day, but I was very surprised to see the S10+ has now 4.100 mAh battery capacity so easily getting me through a full busy day with still capacity remaining. I did not expect such great battery life so it’s a benefit that is sure to please though using the S10+ for field work.

The Galaxy S10+ also supports Wireless PowerShare, which means the phone can be used to charge other devices – that’s a skill the Galaxy S9+ certainly can’t match.

Infinity-O display

Samsung’s OLED panels are fantastic and it’s no surprise we see one of the best ever on the Galaxy S10+. The hole punch front-facing camera opening doesn’t bother me and enjoying video on the full screen of the S10+ is a glorious experience.
